A Cut Above Uniforms lists a Cool & Dry foam collar-band insert and sweat-wicking collar band, removable collar stays, reinforced seams, collar, pockets and plackets, and a left-side drop-in pocket with a faux flap, open top, pen pocket and Velcro closure. Optional wing eyelets give consistent pin placement and protect the fabric. Torso reduction is offered on selected products, and altered items cannot be returned.
